Inclement Weather Policy
Note that these policies are applicable to Kingdom Trails programs only.
1
Programs at KT run rain or shine. If there is a forecast for particularly heavy weather or any special weather statements including heat advisories, severe thunder, or lightning, we will cancel or reschedule the camp by 6 PM the evening prior.
2
On days that a program runs during inclement weather, we reserve the right to adjust the day’s activities to ensure the safest and best experience for participants.
3
In the event of inclement weather forecasted for the next day, you may choose to transfer that day to a day later that week or skip a day of the program up to 6 PM the evening before.
4
If KC&E cancels the program due to weather, you will be offered the value of the day as a credit towards a future experience with us valid for up to 1 year from the original experience date.
Day Program Cancellation
Customers can choose to cancel day program bookings, including Kingdom Trails kids camps and select regional camps* up to 24 hours before to receive a full credit to be used on a future experience up to 1 year from the initial experience date.
*This applies only to regional kids camps which we run registration for. Cancellation policies for camps that have registration handled by parks and recreation departments are at the discretion of the host parks and recreation department.
